We believe in the importance of customer service and we’re now offering refunds. Certain items are ineligible for refunds and are final sale due to sanitary reasons.
Items that cannot be returned are Cosmetics, Swimwear, Intimates (panties, bras, bralettes, bodysuits, shapewear, lingerie) and sale items. All items eligible for return should be unworn, unsoiled with ALL tags attached.
In order to receive a refund please contact us through the form available on the site or directly at [email protected] Refunds need to be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will send you the return address. If we do not receive the item(s) within 5 days of the refund email, you will be granted a store credit.
Store credits do not expire. We will send you a coupon code with your store credit attached to it
EXCHANGES We are a small boutique so quantities are limited. If it’s available we will gladly exchange it.
CANCELLATIONS Customers requesting a cancellation must email us within 48 hours of submitting your order. Once we begin the order process it can’t be cancelled.
